Tuesday • 7:30 - 8:30PM (Dojo)
Thursday • 5:30 - 6:30PM (at the park)
Train your warrior spirit.
Adults (ages 15+) at all experience and fitness levels are welcome. Students will learn a traditional martial art that builds fitness and relieves stress. Our goal is to make sure students are building strong bodies to sustain a high-level karate practice. Therefore, we always try to incorporate strength, speed, mobility, flexibility and stability exercises in our training regimen.
Training focuses equally on the three elements of traditional karate:
Kihon (Basic Techniques)
Kata (Forms)
Kumite (Sparring)
